Executive Search – Offering Retained and Contingency Services for the hire of Permanent employees
Retained Search – we recommend this option when seeking to fill high priority positions where time is a critical factor. As part of our retained search services, we create and execute a Search strategy tailored to your specific requirements. In this instance the Search consultant personally handles only about 2-3 assignments, on average, at any given time providing you with the dedication you need.
Contingency Search: Search on a ‘no cure no fee’ basis. This assignment will be one of a number of assignments running concurrently and is designed for companies that do not want a devoted effort with ongoing and not necessarily urgent requirements.
